Don’t feel like cooking dinner?  Well support our booster club my purchasing a meal kit from Moe’s that feeds 4-6.  The date is 3/30 and orders can be placed online.  The meal kits will be delivered to the school and we will have our own drive through service for pick up.  Please see the attached flyer for more details!

In order to tryout for an athletic team, all FMMS students must:

1) Have a physical dated on or after April 1, 2020
(All forms must be uploaded to planeths.com.)

*Physical forms may be found under the
"Forms & Information" tab on this FMMS athletic web page. 

2) No registration or fee is required to tryout for an athletic team.

2020 - 2021 FMMS Athletes (that are on the team) must adhere to the following:
 

- Have a physical dated on or after April 1, 2020 (Must be uploaded online).

- All students must pay a $100.00 athletic fee for each sport that they play. 
The athletic fee needs to be paid online. 

-The $100.00 Athletic fee must be paid 7 days before the first official athletic contest.

The $100.00 athletic fee does not guarantee playing time.

Please note: The athletic fee is used to pay for coach stipends and travel to league games. Thank you for your support of our athletic teams!

 All Forms Must Be Completed On-Line Prior To Trying Out or Practicing  For ALL Sports.

1. Go to www.planeths.com and click “sign up”
2. Parent AND student need to make separate accounts
3. Once logged in to either parent or student account:
   1. Click Athletic Forms
   2. Click Athletic Participation
   3. Scroll down and click “link accounts” and enter the email address of parent/student who needs to be linked.
      1. The other person will follow the same steps on their account except they will now see the invite and click “approve”
   4. Once the accounts are linked, you will follow steps A-B again and then scroll all the way to the bottom
   5. Click on each of the forms and complete them appropriately.
      1. Physical EXAM form and Birth Certificate will need to be uploaded pictures (make sure it is the page of the physical with doctor’s signature, the other pages are not needed).

From I-77, traveling north:  Take exit 88 (Gold Hill Road); turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit onto Springfield Parkway; travel through four traffic lights; continue for another two miles; the entrance to Fort Mill Middle School will be on the left.

From I-77, traveling south:  Take exit 88 (Gold Hill Road); turn left at the traffic light at the end of the exit onto Springfield Parkway; travel through five traffic lights; continue for another two miles; the entrance to Fort Mill Middle School will be on the left.
