Arbiter Athlete has made a few changes to the website that should make uploading and completing documents easier. Once you log into your account and you click on the Athletic Forms you will scroll to the bottom. This is where you upload or complete the required documents.
Documents that can be completed in Arbiter Athlete:
Physical Page 1 ( Family History)
Parent Permission & Acknowledgement of Risk (Waiver)
Athlete/Parent Concussion Statement
Documents that Must be Uploaded:
Physical Exam Form - signed by the doctor with a clear date
Birth Certificate- NEW can select "Reuse" if uploaded before
ATTN: All parents of student-athletes
The Fort Mill School District is attempting to upload all physical, waiver, and birth certificate forms via the Arbiter Athlete phone app so that athletic departments do not have to keep tangible copies on file. With reference to the directions above, parents and or student-athletes are able to take high-resolution pictures with their phone and upload the physical, waiver, and birth certificate to the Arbiter Athlete website, where the athletic director will approve them. ***Please note all three forms are required for students to partake in sports, along with the $100 fee.***
Again, no forms need to be submitted to the school for athletics. Please contact athletic director, Bradley Wagner, at Banks Trail if you have any questions.

The 2018-2019 Banks Trail baseball team did what no team in school history had been able to do before, capture a conference championship. Lead by first year coach Cam Norwood, the team used stellar pitching, hot bats, and aggressive play to climb to the top of the standings. The Timberwolves were the #1 seed in the playoffs and finished the season with a 10-2 record. In the championship game, the team overcame an early deficit to storm back late in the game to win 5-1.
Congratulations to all of our basketball teams as they won their conference championships last week, making it the first time in school history that all four seasonal teams have won! Each team won close games against their opponents. You can find more scores and pictures on the "BTMSathletics" Twitter page. A special shoutout to the 8th-grade boys and 8th-grade girls who have won back to back Fort Mill Athletic Conference Championships! Our 8th-grade girls were a PERFECT 26-0 throughout their years at The Trail. Congrats to all!
Congratulations goes out to our girls' track team who won the conference championship this week! It's officially a dynasty as it marks their third consecutive conference championship. Congrats girls and coaches!
Congratulations goes out to our 7th grade teams who swept the conference championships two weeks ago at Pleasant Knoll Middle! Our girls finished undefeated, 14-0, after beating Gold Hill- (first time in school history!) while the boys fought off Indian Land in an impressive team win. Years continue to be added onto BTMS banners in the gym. Outstanding job players, coaches, cheerleaders, and fans!
