Per the FMSD all camps in June are canceled. Credit Card payments will be reimbursed via the same card you used to pay for camp. Cash and check payments will be reimbursed via check.
Out of an abundance of caution for our student athletes and our volunteer teams, this year’s Heart of A Champion Day events are cancelled. Due to mass gathering limitations set forth by federal, state and local agencies and the continued focus to reduce the community spread of COVID-19, Atrium Health and school organizers agree that proceeding would go against that which we hold dearest – the safety and health of our student athletes and our communities. Thank you for your understanding—organizers will reach back out as we have further updates. If you have additional questions about the change, please reach out to your school athletic director. If you have a virtual or non-emergency care need in the interim, please reach out to your primary care team by phone.
Athletes must adhere to the following:
1) Have a physical dated on or after April 1, 2020 as well as a copy of their birth certificate (Must be on file at arbiterathlete.com).
2) Fill out the athletic waiver (included on bottom of physical form)
3) Register their son/daughter through the athletic website. (once they make the team)
All students that make a team must pay a $100.00 athletic fee for each sport that they play. The athletic fee needs to be paid through the athletic website when students are registered. The athletic fee is used to pay for coach stipends and travel to league games.
The $100.00 Athletic fee must be paid before the first official athletic contest.
The $100.00 athletic fee does not guarantee playing time.

If you want to compete in NCAA sports at a Division I or Division II school, you need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center to make sure you stay on track to meet initial-eligibility standards.
